Using a good carton, return package via insured Courier Post Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice. Product must be unused with all original packaging and tags on. 2. Complete the returns form on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note stating purchaser's name, address and approximate date of purchase. Returns 3. Call 03 443 6698 for a Return Authorization Number (RA). RA number is to be filled on return form and written on the package with return address.
