At Base we Guarantee to provide you with the highest service available, which is why

Base will guarantee that when you buy your boots from us they will fit and perform. If problems develop while you are riding we will endeavor to adjust or refit them free of charge.

If despite our best efforts your boots prove inappropriate and they have been ridden in for less than 14 days we will -at our discretion- buy them back less a rental fee of 40% of the retail price.

Please remember that the final decision to buy is yours!

That the boots were purchased at Base
You have your original receipt and boot fitting record.
That they have not been unreasonably worn or abused.
This guarantee covers repair and replacement only, no cash refunds are given.
